I am happy and non-pensive again. all it took was friendship, times about four. and outside my window, the newly budding trees look like black lace against the mellow blue sky.

Today, and nearly everyday, I rediscovered the fact that college is almost over. i feel like I should have some planned statement about What I Learned in College, a crisp 8.5 x 11 manifesto, Times New Roman 12/14, 1" margins. it would be equally beneficial to those who read it, and to me. because I think I would feel better if I had a solid understanding of the changes and growth that have occured in the past four years.

so yeah, I'm out of working mode now, and if I don't get back into it soon this weekend will be hell. HELL, I tells ya. because while most normal students have the next two and a half weeks to finish their work, I have a week and a half.

and typeface! I love you (and your fun and how much you satisfy me) and hate you (and your time-consumingness and your need to be perfect and your excessive amounts of unrealized work.) it's due one week from today, and oh cringe cringe I hope I finish.

fondue party to the maximum this thursday. went grocery shopping for it today and spent way too much, even though I did buy embarassingly cheap wine. but it's all in the name of Fun.
